Outfit of the Day: Sleeveless Leopard

With a welcome to warm weather, I bring to you a sleevelss Stylin' Sunday Outfit of the Day! 

Confession:  I purchased this shirt in January on a shopping extravaganza for my birthday.  The top was $5, an obvious steal for cuteness and perfect for warm weather months.

But, these photo's portray the very first time that I wore this shirt. 

Why? Well, here is a sneak peek (and the only photo that I could find):

Directly after I purchased the shirt, I watched the "Catfish" reunion show and saw this young lady wearing it.  Ruined. 

But, in a search for an outfit, I busted it out and paired it with my Miss Me jeans I received for my 28th birthday. 

My sandals were an Old Navy clearance find for $5.   

 Pretty nice Spring outfit if I do say so myself :)

Did you notice the thee week hiatus that we were on?  So did we.  

Here's the jist:

Jana got sick. 

Kelli is a work-a-holic.

And while Kelli vows to get back to blogging, I am here to in the interim to give you home decor updates, outfits, magnificent mani's (although, I spied Kelli taking pic's of an awesome hue to share soon...), and of course random thoughts of me.

Outfit of the Day: Spring!

You all know I am on this Lauren Conrad jean kick - so I thought it would be perfect to show you a great Spring outfit for your own mint jeans.

This lovely top is from H&M with a bit of a splurge for me at $20.  But honestly, I love the fit so much...it's totally worth it!

Light pink is a great Spring color and even better with my jeans!

5 Things Friday - I love Spring!

Awe.

It's Spring.

And let me just tell you, this is the most ah-mazing time in our wonderful home of Arizona.

Why you ask?

Well, let me tell you!

1. The Weather

It's beautiful.  It's refreshing. And it's not too hot!  We can do things outside: play, run, or just lay in the grass with a good book. And yes, I know you mid-westerners and East coasters pretty much hate us right now with all of your snow fall.  But, suck it!  We deserve it :)

2. Bright, Happy Colors

I love bright colors: pinks, coral, yellow, purple, teal, and even green.  I love the color's - they're everywhere and they are so fun.  How can you not look at a pretty, bright colored wreath or pastel colored Easter egg and not smile.  It's impossible!

3. A Time of Renewal

Spring is a time to renew, to grow, to start again.  Start an exercise routine or a garden... and better yet, eat from it.  Feel as clean and refreshed inside as you do outside.

4. Decorating

Okay, so this year I've kind of sucked with my Spring decor.  I still have remnants of V-Day up and have no real time in my calendar to switch it out.  Especially, since Easter is 9 days away!  Eek!  However, I do have plans to finish a project I've been working on and share it ASAP.

5. Just Because

Why do I like Spring?  Well, because I can.  I am alive, healthy, and I have a lot to be thankful for, including my little, innocent kiddos.  Having a beautiful, blooming Earth to enjoy is just one of my many blessings.  The World is beautiful - let's enjoy her and even more, let's take care of her :)  She's all we've got and let's show her our love.
