Hurricane Kelli

You see, whenever I show pictures of my home I'm always trying to put my best foot forward. But lately its been hurricane season at the Uhrich household!
I'll bet you didn't know that Arizona was subject to hurricanes...considering there's no beach-front property to be found here. But, the hurricane I'm referring to is waaaay inland, and she'll destroy anything that stands in her path.
I'm talking about Hurricane Kelli.
A deadly force to be reckoned with! An uncontrolable fury! And when combined with Tropical Storm Husband, you might as well just pack up and evacuate quickly!
Don't believe me? Take a look at how my house looks behind the scenes whenever things get out of control...
You see? Things aren't always neat and tidy, I'm embarrassed to admit.
I guess I could say that I'm still trying to hone-in on my Bree Van De Camp characteristics, but I'm just not quite there. I mean, seriously...who else has a plastic-tarp that might as well be a tablecloth because it seems to always be stretched over my dining table? And who else must get out every possible accessory item that they own in order to style a bookcase?
Yeah...that'd be me...and I didn't even show you my car! Hopefully you don't think less of me...but I wouldn't blame you if you did.

I love the post! If this is messy, then I'm a complete slob. It is interesting to see things "behind the scenes." I do have a question for you; on the right hand side of your blog, what is it called when you have your pictures in a rotation? With the little dots underneath, what is that called? I want to google it, to figure out how to do it, but I don't know what it's called.

I'd be lying if I said this was as messy as it gets. I don't know that I'm ready to be that vulnerable yet! LOL!
The images that change over on the navigation bar are actually a feature that is offered through my hosting service (Squarespace.com). It's the "Slide Show" feature, and I absolutely love it! It simply displays images from photo galleries that I have on the site.
