Because services are offered "virtually" there are a few things you will need to be aware of. 

First, keep in mind that these services are conceptual only.  This means all Inspiration Boards, Space Plans, Renderings, and Designer Summaries are intended to inspire a project, not serve as construction documents.  A Happy Place Called Home does not offer architectural, engineering, or contractor services.

Second, your designer will only have access to the information that you provide.  This means your descriptions, measurements, and photographs are extremely important.  The more details you provide, the better your design will be. 

Third, because your designer maintains a full-time job, and this blog, waiting times will vary.  Please be patient throughout this process.  It will be well worth the wait!
