I mention in my biography that the idea to start blogging actually came right before Thanksgiving dinner in 2010.  I was given a few existing blogs to check out, and instantly I became hooked!  I love the concept of blogging because it offers an open forum to share ideas, and it documents the progress we make, regardless of how large or small the project. 

If you are thinking of starting a blog, be sure to choose a topic you are passionate about.  It makes all of the hard work worth it!
